Electric bicycle classes and access

Arizona recognizes three classes of e-bike under 750 watts and generally gives them bicycle rights and duties. Class 1 and 2 may use bicycle paths unless the local authority or agency prohibits them; Class 3 path access is limited to paths adjacent to a roadway or those locally allowed.
