Electric bicycle classes, road rights, and path access

Missouri defines three e-bike classes up to 750 watts and generally gives them bicycle rights and duties without motor-vehicle licensing, title, registration, or financial-responsibility requirements. Class 1 and 2 path use may be locally restricted; Class 3 may be barred from paths. Operators under 16 may not operate Class 3 except as passengers; Class 3 requires a speedometer.
