Electric bicycle classes, path access, and Class 3 restrictions

Oklahoma defines three e-bike classes up to 750 watts and applies bicycle rights and duties. All classes may use bicycle/multi-use paths unless the managing authority prohibits them; natural-surface trails remain locally controlled. Class 3 operators must be at least 16 and use a speedometer. No statewide e-bike helmet requirement was verified.
