Wisconsin defines three e-bike classes up to 750 watts and applies bicycle rights and duties. E-bikes are exempt from driver licensing, registration, title, and financial-responsibility requirements. Two Rivers

E-bike registration, Class 3 access, and speed rules

Registration is required before operation on public highways, paths, or City property. Class 3 e-bikes are barred from City trails, paths, and property except streets; riders under 16 may not operate Class 3. Off-road operation on City property is limited to 15 mph.
